After a dozen years, SR 519 comes together
When finished next June, the project's $84.4 million second phase will separate trains and transit from cars and pedestrians near Safeco Field.

THE $84.4 MILLION second phase of the state Route 519 project in Seattle's Sodo area is a bit like a physics puzzle with time, mass and weight as the parts of the equation.
